The Iron Horse Kindersley Klippers started a 4 game road trip in Yorkton with a win. They were lead offensively by Liam Fraser who scored 2 goals and line mate Scott McKenzie added 2 assists in the victory. Kindersley jumped to a 2-0 lead on Fraser’s 2 goals but gave up the lead early in the third period on goals by Kennan Taphorn and Ryan Granville as Yorkton tied it at two.

Noah Lindsay got the game winner at the 17:53 mark of the third and the Klippers held on from there, winning 3-2. Goaltender Matt Sankner was brilliant with 40 saves on 42 shots and captain Brendon Borbely added an assist in the win.

Kindersley will continue its four game road trip tonight in Melville for a 7:30 start against the Millionaires from the Horizon Credit Union Centre.
