Grade 8 students from Elizabeth Middle School as well as Kindersley Composite School students brought the Christmas cheer with a variety of musical performances at the KCS Christmas Concert.

The return of the Christmas concert was a success as the Kindersley Composite School gymnasium was packed.

Morgan Cooke won the 50/50 draw which brought in over $300.00 for the 2018 band trip.
Funds were also raised from the $5 admission which came with coffee or juice and desserts brought by the students and their parents.

Concert highlights included a unique spin on “Jingle Bells", and a tribute to the late Leonard Cohen featuring an emotional rendition of his most recognizable song “Hallelujah”.

The Kindersley Composite School band’s next performance will be at the annual Strawberry Social on June 7th.
