Roy Hammond of Elrose recently won the Dave Clark Award.

The Dave Clark Award is for excellence in water and/or wastewater plant operation for populations under 1000 and was given by the Saskatchewan Water and Wastewater Association Inc.

Their annual convention was on November 6 in Saskatoon. Hammond was unable to make it to the conference but has since received his award.

Roy Hammond has been Elrose Town Foreman for approximately 31 years.
