Any late night dates at the dog park in Unity will have to be postponed. On Friday, WestCentralOnline checked dug into some damages done to the Paw Park in Unity.

The damage is to the Unity Paw Park is thought to have occurred on April 25 between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM. 

According to a Facebook post on the Unity Paw Park page states:

“1 large solar light and mount - 2 small solar lights - 1 post turned around “ 

Were the items damaged, which as of reporting will cost $300 dollars. 

Anyone with information or would like to step forward and take responsibility are asked to contact Laura Howdle at 306-210-8088.

This isn't the first time the park has been targeted, with five people having stepped forward last year to take responsibility to extensive damage caused.

The responsible parties are working with the park committee to make amends and either pay or work off the debt.
