The latest calls to service for the Rosetown RCMP started off with a report of a motor vehicle collision with a deer on Highway 4 on January 13. There were no injuries, and it was reported for insurance purposes.

Also on the 13th, RCMP provided assistance to Highway Patrol during a traffic stop. Then there was a report or an erratic driver on Highway 7 near Zealandia. Members were unable to locate the vehicle.

The busy 13th continued with a request for assistance with an individual refusing to get into a vehicle. Members attended and transported a 15-year-old male to hospital for assessment.

And finally on the 13th, RCMP received a request for a wellbeing check in Rosetown. Members attended and spoke to the subject of complaint.

Much like the 13th, January 17th was a busy one for Rosetown RCMP, things started off with a report of a suspicious person on Highway 4. Members patrolled the area and after a lengthy search members arrested and charged a 44-year-old male from Manitoba with resist a peace officer.

Another erratic driver was reported on Highway 7 near Zealandia once again, and Members were also not able to locate the vehicle. 

Then there was a report of a vehicle stuck near Harris. Members attended - there were no injuries, the driver was waiting on a tow.

Later on the same day, another erratic driver was noted, this time near Harris. Once again, Members were unable to locate the vehicle in question. 

The busy January 17th wrapped up with a report of theft of parts from a vehicle at a local business. The matter is still under investigation.

The week wrapped up with two reports on January 18. First up, was a report of fraud to an individual's bank account in Harris. There was insufficient evidence to proceed.

And a report of a hit and run at a parking lot in Rosetown was also noted. The matter is still under investigation.

There were also 32 Traffic related charges issued and one 911 mis-dial call during the week.
