After winning two games to start the Viterra Scotties, Delisle's Sherry Anderson and her team are coming off back to back tough losses. Last night the team lost in the final end to Team Barker 6-5. Then in the morning draw Friday, Anderson fell 7-5 against Ashley Howard and her team from Saskatoon, as she Team Anderson out of rocks in the final end. Anderson, whose team is officially from the Martensville Curling Club, will have to win their remaining games to have a chance at the playoffs which begin tomorrow night.

As for the other teams with west central ties, Team Silvernagle bounced back with a 7-5 win over Team Schneider last night after losing to Sherry Anderson to open her tournament. Silvernagle will be on the ice this afternoon at 3:00 against Team Wisniewski, with that game deciding when Silvernagle will play next.

As for Team Barber, they will be back on the ice this afternoon as well, after a heartbreaking loss yesterday afternoon, falling to Team Ellingson 9-8 after having a one shot leading heading to the final end. Team Barber will be up against Team Englot also having to win out to make the playoffs after dropping to the C event.

West Central Online will continue to update the curling action throughout the weekend.
