One death in relation to COVID-19 has been reported in Saskatchewan on Thursday. The death toll in the province is now at 928 since the pandemic began.

There were 71 new positive cases with 61 recoveries reported Thursday.

Just one of the new cases is in the central-west zone, Saskatoon has 13, central-east has 12, the northwest has 11, the south-east has 10, Regina has eight, north-central has five, the far northwest has three, the far northeast and south-central have two, and the southwest has one

Currently, there are 134 patients receiving care for COVID-19 in hospitals.

99 of those people are receiving inpatient care while 35 people are in the ICUs.

There are four residents receiving out-of-province ICU care in the hospital. These patients are not included in the hospitalization counts in the dashboard. 

There are 733 active COVID-19 cases throughout the province.

The 7-day new case average is down to 68.
