Championships in the Curling world are coming to a close, with many Canadian teams leaving an impression. In Saskatoon, the 2016 Canadian Mixed Doubles Championship is underway. Saskatchewan's team, Kasner and Kalthoff will face off with Team Eagle and Epping. Quarter finals take place today, the winner will head to the 2016 World Mixed Doubles Championship, April 16-23. Team Canada has started the World Men's Championship with a win against Finland.They take on Denmark (Team Stjerne) and U.S.A (Team Shuster) today in the round robin. Team Anderson, lost out in the Senior Women's Championship To Team Jones in the Gold Medal playoff. They finished with a box score of 7-5.

The Toronto Blue Jays and Boston Red Sox were in there second game of Spring training last night from Montreal. Red Sox won 7-4. The home opener is 10:30 am today, Blue Jays vs. Red Sox again.
