The Unity, Macklin and Wilkie RCMP detachments had a fairly straight forward week from October 12-18. Highlighting the calls to service was a report of damage to property at a Unity park, but there was insufficient evidence to proceed. There was also a report of horses on Highway 31 near Primate. Members patrolled but the animals were gone on arrival. And in Macklin, RCMP received a complaint of a suspicious person at a business. Members spoke to the subject of complaint. UNITY REPORTS

· A 42-year-old male from Unity was charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle during a traffic stop.

· RCMP received a complaint of an unwanted individual at a residence. Members spoke to the subject of complaint.

· Police received a report of damage to property at a Unity park but there was insufficient evidence to proceed.

· Members received a complaint of disturbing the peace but the complainant requested no further action be taken.

· RCMP received a report of a vehicle collision with a deer near Unity. There were no injuries. Reported for insurance purposes.

· There were also two false 911 calls, one false alarm and two traffic complaints.

WILKIE REPORTS

· RCMP received a complaint of an abandoned vehicle. Members assisted the vehicle driver with a flat tire.

· Members received a complaint of a vehicle collision with a fox. There were no injuries. Reported for insurance purposes.

· An individual reported finding property items near a business. The owner has not been located.

· Police received a request to conduct a wellbeing check on an individual but the request was cancelled by the complainant. Members spoke to the complainant and the subject of complaint.

· An individual reported finding a bicycle in a residence yard. The owner has been located.

· There was also one traffic complaint.

MACKLIN REPORT

· RCMP received a report of horses on Highway 31 near Primate. Members patrolled but the animals were gone on arrival.

· Police received a report of an owner finding their vehicle door ajar. The vehicle was not damaged and nothing was taken. Reported for information purposes.

· RCMP received a complaint of a suspicious person at a business. Members spoke to the subject of complaint.

· Members issued a 60-day roadside suspension during a traffic stop.

· Police spoke to an individual regarding child custody issues.

· There were also two traffic complaints.
