The Kerrobert Composite School junior girls basketball team has had quite the impressive season, not losing a game in both league and tournament play.
The team capped off their undefeated season this past weekend as they hosted districts and defeated Unity to win the gold and complete their season without a single tick in the loss column.
The boys team had just as memorable a weekend, as they were in Hafford and defeated the host team by one point to claim the gold.
Congratulations to both local teams on capping off their incredible seasons.
Expect the hoops action around West Central to get more intense as we approach HOOPLA in the spring. Senior boys' and girls' teams around the province will be gearing it up as best they can ahead of the Conference round set for the weekend of March 10-11th.
