The calls to service for the Rosetown RCMP from April 22 to 28 started off a sad note, as Rosetown RCMP received a report of a single vehicle rollover on Highway 7 near Harris on April 23. Members attended along with EMS. A 20-year-old male from Beechy was pronounced deceased at the scene and a 21-year-old male from Delisle was transported to hospital for assessment.

There was a a report of a motor vehicle collision on Highway 7 near Fiske on April 24. The matter is still under investigation.

Members then received a report of a residential fire in Zealandia on April 25. Members attended along with Rosetown Fire Department.

Then on April 26, RCMP received a report of a sexual assault. The matter is still under investigation.

Members received a report of theft of fuel from a farmyard near Elrose on April 27. The matter is still under investigation. Also on April 27, RCMP received a report of a traffic complaint on Highway 7 near Zealandia. Members located the vehicle and spoke to the driver. Another report on April 27 saw Members receiving a report of harassment. There was insufficient evidence to proceed. And wrapping up April 27, RCMP received a report of a Breach of a Probation Order. The matter is still under investigation.

And finally on April 28, Members received a report of suspicious vehicle on Highway 4. The matter is still under investigation.

There were also 55 Traffic related charges issued during the week.
