Flatlanders Speedway will escape the snow this weekend for one more chance to celebrate slinging dirt around the track in 2023.

Cocktails, supper, awards, and even a live performer in country artist Justin Hogg will be on the schedule when the Flatlanders Racing Association hosts their annual windup at the Kindersley Elks Hall on Saturday, November 4.

The big winners will be celebrated after the track unveiled their official season points back on Wednesday. Cody Becker finished first in Hobby Stock with a narrow five point margin over Joseph Chiliak. Another pair of close finishes saw Jason Hankewich edge out Laurie Robbie for the Street Stock crown, and Joey Galloway finish six points clear of Cody Smith in the Mods division.

Check the final standings out in full here.

Another big part of the night will come when the Flatlanders Fan Favourite award is announced. As of Friday things were heating up nicely in the polls as the Flatlanders community eagerly awaits Saturday. Vote here, as last year's fan favourite was Kindersley local Ryley Kennedy and his #11 truck.
