A grueling SJHL championship series will end one way or another tonight in front of a packed house at Affinity Place, in what promises to be a memorable night in southeastern Saskatchewan.

With the series tied at three games a piece, the Estevan Bruins will host the Flin Flon Bombers in a deciding seventh game tonight at 7 p.m.

The home team has won every game in the series to this point.

The game is completely sold out with the standing room area also expected to be full.

It'll be the first time the SJHL trophy will be handed out in a full three years due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Estevan has not won the league championship since 1999, while Flin Flon has waited since 1993.

One of those two droughts will end on Friday night.

If you were unable to get tickets, or can't make it in-person, we'll have all the action for you on Rock 106.
