The SJHL's latest 'Goals for KidSport' game night took over the West Central Events Centre in Kindersley.
Big numbers weren't only seen on the scoreboard during the Kindersley Jr. Klippers 7-6 win over the Yorkton Terriers on Saturday night, but on the ice as well with a hefty cheque being presented on behalf of SaskEnergy.
The Kindersley Chapter of KidSport received a grand total of $1,780 for the Klippers efforts last season. Klippers captain Logan Linklater joined the photo-op.

SaskEnergy also wanted to recognize an important volunteer for the Klippers. Steve Chandler won the SaskEnergy Volunteer Champion Award.

Once again this year SaskEnergy is donating $20 for every home team goal to their local Kidsport (up to 1,000 goals or $20,000).
The Nipawin Hawks are next on the list with a November 7 Goals for KidSport ceremony, and then the last one of the month will in the Battlefords on November 24.
