Gordy Ouellette of Delisle, has been named the Terry Rak Builder Award winner. The Terry Rak Award is 

Gordy has been a major contributor and reason that Junior B hockey is alive and well in Delisle. In 2008, Gordy took charge of the Saskatoon Chiefs franchise from the late Terry Rak and moved them to Delisle. Since Gordy moved the team to Delisle in west central Saskatchewan, he has performed duties of: Head Coach, General Manager, Bingo Coordinator, Announcer, Bus Driver, Time Keeper, Governor and Water Boy for the Delisle Chiefs. Through his determination, he spearheaded an effort to bring a new locker room to the Delisle Chiefs organization.

Gordy has been around Junior B hockey for quite some time now, in his playing days he used to lace up for the Hudson Bay Saints of the NSJHL. Gordy has also coached the Saskatoon Chiefs and Regina Capitals. 

Gordy deflects praise when asked about the present day status of the franchise, which he says is very strong.
