It's Halloween and with all the youngsters roaming the streets, the RCMP are asking children to be cautious when trick-or-treating. Children are asked to wear bright costumes and walk in groups to ensure safety. Halloween also offers a chance for mischief makers to come out and cause havoc. Staff Sargeant Wally Lynds from the Kindersley RCMP says something as simple as throwing eggs can cause a alot of damage to houses and cars. He asks anyone who witness any crime to call the RCMP as soon as possible.
