A southwestern Saskatchewan artist captured a quartet of provincial awards Saturday night to add to their already crowded mantle.

Shaunavon's Hunter Brothers pushed their Saskatchewan Country Music Award total to 18 by claiming Group of the Year, Album of the Year, Video of the Year, and Single of the Year.

The tune 'Been A Minute', released in March of 2021, landed the group the latter three awards. It reached as high as 12th on the Canadian Country Billboard last year.

While it's the fifth time and fourth straight year they've earned the Group of the Year accolade.

The Hunter Brothers have now won Video of the Year and Single of the Year each, three times, and Album of the Year twice in the past three years.

The 33rd annual Saskatchewan Country Music Award were scheduled to be hosted in Swift Current this year but was shifted to a virtual setting in late January.
