Earlier this month the Kindersley RCMP were part of a rescue effort for a plane crash near Luseland. 

The report states that at approximately 7:59 AM on August 17, Kindersley RCMP assisted Luseland Fire Department with a reported plane crash west of Luseland.

Upon arrival emergency services noted a single engine crop dusting plane that crashed into a local field. It was shared the pilot sustained what were reported as serious, but not life threatening- injuries, and thankfully nobody else was sharing the cockpit.

STARS air ambulance was on scene to transport the pilot to Saskatoon for further treatment, and Transport Canada was called and took carriage over the investigation.
