Grade 12 students at KCS are putting away the pencils and pulling out the tuxedos as graduation is coming up on June 29th.
The old Zellers building will be the host location of this years ballroom decorated KCS Grad. In previous years graduation took place at the West Central Events Centre, so this year there are some constraints with the new space. Because of the location switch and fire and capacity regulations, the ceremony will not be open to the public.
Grad Coordinator and Teacher Heidi Marchant explained that the grad banquet begins at 6:15 pm at the old Zellers location with the exercises starting at 8:00 pm.
This years eighty-three graduates will be finishing up their exams on Monday.
