The Kindersley Klippers U15 team was unable to make it to championship Sunday in their home tournament over the weekend, but the gold medal was still taken home by a local team as the Kerrobert-Dodsland-Luseland (KDL) Tigers won a tight finals matchup against Watrous yesterday afternoon.
The game's final score ended up 7-6 for the West Central team, and a huge thanks goes out to the tournament committee, players, parents, and officials for a very well-run and successful tournament.
