The Iron Horse Kindersley Klippers have acquired 3 forwards, two from the AJHL (Alberta Junior Hockey League) and one from the BCHL (British Columbia Hockey League). 

Cole Plotnikoff, Jordan Funk and Brendan Wagner will join the team this year.  Plotnikoff and Wagner both played in Alberta, Plotiknoff in Spruce Grove and Wagner in Grand Prarie. Jordan Funk comes from the Prince George Spruce Kings. 

Departing the Klippers is forward Cody Young, he will play in the AJHL this year with the Spruce Grove Saints.

West Central Online Spoke With Klippers General Manager and Head Coach Geoff Grimwood about the new acquisitions.

The three new forwards are expected to contribute offensively this year.  Bringing size, speed, skill and depth to the lineup.

Grimwood also commented on the departure of Cody Young who spent 3 years with the Klippers.
