The Kindersley Jr. Klippers latest roster move doubled up on local flare, as the team announced the hometown signings of both Cobe and Cam Perlinger on Monday night.
The twin brothers have spent their whole life in Kindersley, outside of their first year of AAA last season with the Swift Current Legionnaires. They also played together for Team Saskatchewan at the Canada Winter Games in 2023, and were staples of the U15 AA West Central Wheat Kings between 2019 and 2022.

Cam has been with the Klippers since the start of training camp and won the Kimmer Cup as part of Team Green. In the pre-season so far Cam leads the team with 4 points, finding the back of the net twice.
Cobe on the other hand started camp at the WHL level this season with the Portland Winterhawks. After that Cobe joined the Klippers for the pre-season, and has been just as impressive with 3 assists across his two games played.
The Perlingers will help put butts in seats at the West Central Events Centre, but the team should benefit from their scoring as well. In AAA last season Cam put up 43 points in 42 games, and Cobe posted 46 points in 42 games to lead the team.
