The SJHL's Kindersley Klippers held their annual awards night banquet on Saturday night.  The night saw many Klippers players awarded for their exceptional play this season, as well as a celebration of the careers of five players moving on next year.

This years 20 year old players featured:

  • Goaltender Nickolas Trenciansky

  • Defensemen Holden Daley and Clive Rozdeba  

  • Forwards Brendan Wagner, and team captain Carson Pickett

Klippers President Brett Sautner, Coach/General Manager Geoff Grimwood, Assitant Coach Larry Wintoneak, and Trainer Darien Lynch were all on hand to give speeches.  Thanking players, sponsors, staff and fans.

Country 104's Brad Jennings hosted the evening.  Long-time Klippers fan Ron Lamont was named the Fan of the Year, while the Klippers Penalty Box Crew was named the Volunteers of the Year.

The Klippers final home game of the regular season is this Friday at 7:30 PM when they take on the Battlefords North Stars.  Both teams will travel to Battleford for a rematch the following night.
