It was a fairly quiet week for Unity, Macklin and Wilkie RCMP Members from January 3 to 9. Read the calls to service below.

UNITY REPORTS

· RCMP received a report of a barn on fire near Unity. Unity Fire Department extinguished the fire which was not suspicious in nature.

· Police received a report of a two-vehicle collision near Unity. There were no injuries and no charges were laid. Members provided traffic control while the vehicles were towed.

· Members received a complaint of an individual damaging property in a rural area near Scott but there was insufficient evidence to proceed.

· RCMP received a complaint of theft. This matter is still under investigation.

· Police received a Mental Health Act complaint. Members spoke to the subject of complaint.

· Members received a report of a missing person. The complainant later contacted RCMP to state the individual had been located.

· There were also four traffic complaints, one false alarm and one false 911 call.

WILKIE REPORTS

· RCMP received a complaint of assault. This matter is still under investigation.

· Police received a complaint of a stolen vehicle. This matter is still under investigation.

· There was a complaint of disturbing the peace. Members spoke to the subject of complaint.

· Members are investigating a complaint of uttering threats.

· There was also one traffic complaint and one false 911 call.

MACKLIN REPORT

· RCMP received a complaint of criminal harassment. Members spoke to the subject of complaint and issued a verbal warning.

· Members conducted a wellbeing check at the request of an employer.

· Police received a complaint of disturbing the peace. Members attended but could not locate the subject of complaint.

· RCMP received a complaint of a stolen vehicle. This matter is still under investigation.

· Members acted as mediators in a family dispute.

· Police received a complaint of disturbing the peace. Members patrolled but could not locate the subject of complaint.

· RCMP received a complaint of a break and enter at a business. This matter is still under investigation.
