The Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League has announced who its new commissioner is. Kyle McIntyre will be taking the helm of the league from outgoing Commissioner Bill Chow.

McIntyre comes into the position with a unique perspective, having played four seasons in the SJHL with the Swift Current Broncos, Swift Current Indians and the Yorkton Terriers in the 80s.
