U13

The U13 West Central AA Wheat Kings were at the Regina Pats U13 Classic tournament this past weekend.

They won their first three games against the Calgary Bruins, Weyburn Wings and Regina Buffalos. 

Anderson Reschny had a great day, including 6 assists alone against Calgary, and 9 points in all.

The team made it to the quarter finals but fell to the Winnipeg Victorias.

The U13 AA Wheat Kings will now shift focus to their last league game of the regular season, which will be held this Sunday against the Saskatoon Kodiaks at the WCEC.

Game time is 1:00 pm.


U15

The U15 AA West Central Wheat Kings had one game this weekend at home against the Humboldt AA Broncos.

The teams skated to a 2-2 tie. Scoring for the Wheat Kings were Austin Schafer and Kaden Sperle.

The U15 AA Wheat Kings have a busy weekend ahead, with three games in three days.

The swing begins against the Regina Monarchs on Friday at 7:45 pm.

Before heading to Balgonie Stardome and playing the Prairie Storm on Saturday at 2pm.

The trip ends back in Regina on Sunday against the Aces at 1pm.


U18

The U18 AA Wheat Kings are winding down their season, as they have two games remaining and will not be in postseason action. The games will be in Saskatoon this Saturday and Sunday. 

Leading scorer for the Wheat Kings is Kayden Cey with 18 goals and 25 points. Right behind Cey is Kaegan Lowe, who has 12 goals and 22 points. And wrapping up the top three is Austin Burton, with 10 goals and 19 points. 

The games in Saskatoon are both at the Rod Hamm Memorial Arena, with game one at 7:45 pm Saturday against the Saskatoon Sabercats. And Sunday's game will be played at 1:45 pm against the Saskatoon Riverkings.
