Reschny was well over a point per game during his league's regular season and playoffs, and another strong performance with a goal in the Blazers final game of the season cemented quite the year for the WHL's Victoria Royals prospect.
Reschny is looking more than ready for a shot at major junior next year, but will likely appreciate the offseason after a whirlwind year that included a AAA championship, Rookie of the Year award, and a short stint in Victoria that saw him score his first career WHL goal.

The spectacular play Cole Reschny at the U18 Club Nationals netted the Macklin native top forward of the tournament Saturday.Â

The 16-year-old Reschny had 6 goals and 5 assists in the 5 round robin games of the tournament.Â
The Saskatoon Blazers star and his team will be on the ice against host Gaulois de Saint-Hyacinthe this afternoon at 4:30 SK time, with a birth to the finals on the line.Â
