The rinks were full of action on Friday night and the games are going to continue throughout the weekend.

It was a good night for the Kyle Elks, second in the Sask Valley Hockey League taking the victory over the Beechy Bombers last night at the Beechy Arena 7-3.

The Elks are going up against the Central Butte Flyers tonight, defending a 16-2 record.  

Puck drops at 7p.m. at the Central Butte Arena.

The Outlook Ice Hawks won against the Loreburn 19ers last night, managing to secure a 15-5 score.

The Ice Hawks are currently third in the league, with a 12-7 record.

The Rosetown Sask Valley Redwings played a good game on home ice last night against the Central Butte Flyers.

The Redwings hold a record of 3-13.

And the Delisle Bruins took a round out of the Eston Ramblers last night 6-1 at the Eston Arena.

The Eston Ramblers are taking on the Dinsmore Lucky/Lake Dynamoes tonight at the Dinsmore Arena.

The Puck Drops at 7:30 p.m. and a 500 dollar pot of gold is going to follow the game, as well as chicken wings and a player shootout.

The Kenaston Blizzard are hosting the Elrose Aces tonight at the Kenaston Arena.

The Kenaston Blizzard are going to see whether or not they can improve their 3 win streak.

In the Sask West Hockey League, the Unity Miners are going up against the Biggar Nationals tonight at Biggar Jubilee Stadium.

The Biggar Nationals are third in the league and defending a four-win streak.
