The weather outside seems a little closer to senior baseball than senior hockey, but that didn't stop another jam-packed weekend of action going on around west-central Saskatchewan rinks.
Friday night saw exciting games across a few leagues. Extra time was needed in Eatonia between the Huskies and Gull Lake Greyhounds, and that was the only White Mud Hockey League game needing overtime as Shaunavon hosted Maple Creek. Looking at the Sask West Hockey League's only game last Friday night, overtime was also needed in Biggar between the Nationals and Unity Miners.
