The SJHL announced their Players of the Month for October. The player of the month is the Notre Dame Hounds Rylan Schwartz.  Klippers forward Brett Leedahl was named a runner up for the award.  The defensman of the month honours went to Yorkton's Greg Coburn.  Melfort goalie David Tetrault is the SJHL's goaltender of the month.  The Rookie of the Month is Humboldt goalie Jeff Holloway.
