The Town of Biggar is inviting residents out for a special announcement Wednesday afternoon at 2:00 PM.
Residents are being invited to gather at the park downtown off Main Street and 3rd Avenue East. The Town shared the news on social media just before 5:00 PM on Tuesday.
The outdoor announcement is weather permitting, otherwise being held inside the town office chambers.
