We have had a cooler start to our summer so far in the prairies.

The cooler temperature pattern ends for the coming week bringing in our first multiple day stretch of above 30 temps. A ridge of high pressure will build into the prairies over the weekend that will bring higher temps and humidity into the prairies.

Luckily the ridge should stem some of the severe weather threat for a few days.  Which means when can get out and enjoy those summer temps for most of the week.

Remember with these temperature into the 30's its important to stay hydrated while outdoors, and watch for signs of heat stroke. Might be a good week to visit your community pool or splash park for a little cool down and some fun.
