Negotiations have broken down in the health sector as CUPE walked away from the bargaining table.

The Canadian Union of Public Employees, Service Employees International Union, and Saskatchewan Government Employees Union have been in separate talks with the Saskatchewan Association of Health Organizations.

CUPE walked from the table saying they will not continue negotiations until monetary issues are brought forward, but SAHO says they're waiting for the three unions to deal with non-monetary issues respectively before forming a common bargaining table to discuss monetary issues for all three unions.

Talks were scheduled until Friday.
