Dean was able to get a donation in to Dirk Family Pharmacy in Leader. We drew his name earlier this week to win a pair of passes to the Johnny Reid concert series as it goes through Saskatoon March 20th and 21st at TCU Place. Johnny Reid will be touring to support his new album - Revival.

Murlin Electronics in Kindersley and Short Insurance in Kerrobert also opened their doors to food donations. We hear of the shortage every year around this time, and the public answered the call. FOOD BANK SHELVES ARE LOW. Thank you to everyone who donated food and entered to win tickets to the show!

Local schools and the Iron Horse Kindersley Klippers helped out as well. The Klippers put out a table for non perishable food items at their last home game of the regular season. LAST CHANCE.  Elementary schools around the region put out tables for students to drop off donations. Rosetown's high school and elementary school combined for almost 400 pounds of food that we took to the food bank on Monday.

We are going to reward their efforts with another draw today. Thanks again to the generous people of West Central Saskatchewan! is West Central Saskatchewan's only source for community news, weather, and information.
