Kinsmen Telemiracle took place once again this weekend in Saskatoon

National cast member and Saskatchewan recording artist Lisa Moen (from Outlook, Saskatchewan) was happy to be there once again this year at the annual fundraiser.

“Everybody is pumped to be there and we’re after the same thing, which is so cool,” Moen said. “It brings all kinds of people together, different ages and different demographics, we’re all there to raise money for this amazing cause.”

Moen and her band performed Saturday evening and Sunday afternoon, debuting a new song she and her band had written. Moen was happy to be part of a national cast that includes Fred Penner.

Moen and her band played a long set in 2015.

“Ever since then, it’s had a really soft spot in my heart and so I’m so excited to be on it this year,” said Moen.
