The Kindersley Sr. Klippers are getting ready for another hard hitting and exciting Sask West Hockey League season with some new and old faces returning. The Eatonia Huskies and Kerrobert Tigers are both returning after a one year hiatus. Hafford and Edam will be joining the league as well to take the number of teams up to 10 from 6 last year.

The Sr. Klippers will be hosting tryouts on October 2nd at 8 pm and October 4th at 8pm as well, and concluding on October 6 at 6:30 pm. All tryouts are being held at the West Central Events Centre in Kindersley.

Klippers manager Brady Newmayer says that Matt Glencross will be returning as head coach with some new help on the bench. Former player and Jr. Klippers coach Chris Forsman will be on the staff as well. The league is expected to start in late October or early November as there will be a scheduling meeting in the near future.
