The SJHL's Kindersley Klippers and Humboldt Broncos have struck a deal which will see a couple prospects going each way.
The Broncos have sent defenceman Michael Neumeier to the Klippers in exchange for defenceman Noah Barlage.
The transaction brings the two prospects closer to their hometowns; Michael hails from Kerrobert, an approximate half hour drive from Kindersley, while Noah is from Muenster, under 10 kilometres away from Humboldt.
Neumeier was selected 32nd overall by the Humboldt Broncos in the latest SJHL Bantam Draft. The defenceman played last season in Calgary at Edge School in the Canadian Sports School Hockey League.
His brother, Brett Neumeier, made his SJHL debut last season for the Klippers as well.
Kindersley selected Barlage 43rd overall in the draft.
