Team Canada has secured a spot in the quarterfinals at the World Mens Curling Championship in Lethbridge Ab.

Kevin Koe and the rest of Team Canada, including Biggar's Colton Flasch, were at the top of the leader board starting the tournament, but wasn't until they beat Team Netherlands last night, that they solidified a spot in the playoffs.

Team Canada finished the round-robin with 9 wins and 3 losses, making a three-way tie between Switzerland and Japan with Sweden holding the top spot with 11 wins and just one loss.

The four men will face off against Team Scotland in the first round of playoffs with the tournament wrapping up tomorrow.
