The Klippers still have the early advantage over their division opponents to end the regular season as the division leaders. Their win on Saturday over the Terriers keeps Kindersley in first place in the Global Ag Risk Solutions Division with 67 points, two more than the Humboldt Broncos and Battlefords North Stars. The Klippers have played two games less than Humboldt and the Battlefords.

Sunday, February 10

  • Game 2 - Luseland Mallards 2-9 Macklin Mohawks (Mohawks win series 2-0)

Macklin advances to the semifinals where they will face the Kindersley Klippers in a best-of-5 series. Meanwhile, Game 2 between the Miners and Nationals goes this Wednesday at 8:30 p.m. in Biggar. If necessary, Game 3 is set for Sunday at 7:00 p.m. at the Jubilee Stadium. The winner will go up against the Wilkie Outlaws in the next round.

  • Game 1 - Innisfail Eagles 7-5 Rosetown Redwings (Eagles lead best-of-5 series 1-0)

Sunday, February 10

  • Game 2 - Innisfail Eagles 4-3 Rosetown Redwings (Eagles lead series 2-0)

The Redwings have found themselves in a deep hole heading into Game 3 versus the Eagles after dropping the first 2 games at home. Rosetown will need to win the remainder of their games in this series if they want to continue in the ACHW playoffs. Game 3 is on Saturday, February 16th at 7:30 p.m. MST in Innisfail. If necessary, Game 4 will be on Sunday at 5:00 p.m. MST in Innisfail and Game in Rosetown on Monday at 2:00 p.m.



Friday February 8

  • Kenaston Blizzards 4-2 Outlook Ice Hawks (Blizzards lead best-of-3 series 1-0)
  • Kyle Elks 8-2 Lucky Lake Lakers (Elks lead best-of-3 series 1-0)

Saturday, February 9

  • Beechy Bombers 5-9 Eston Ramblers (Ramblers lead best-of-3 series 1-0)
  • Central Butte Flyers 3-6 Delisle Bruins (Bruins lead best-of-3 series 1-0)

The Bombers and Ramblers play their second game of the series tonight at 8:00 p.m. in Beechy. Other games will be played this Friday; the Ice Hawks are at Blizzards (7:30 p.m.), Lakers at Elks (8:00 p.m.), and Bombers at Ramblers (8:30 p.m. if necessary).

  • Delisle Chiefs 6-3 Carrot River Outback Thunder

Sunday, February 10

  • Saskatoon Royals 5-6 Delisle Chiefs SO

The Chiefs scored four goals in the third period on Sunday to rally back and send the game to overtime against the Royals. In the end, Delisle won in a shootout to win their third game in a row and collect their 71st point on the year. West Central still maintains 4th place in the Bob Dybvig Division with two more points than the Royals.

  • Team Dunstone 5-6 Team Muyres

Muyres and his rink from the Nutana Curling Club in Saskatoon are provincials champions and will represent the province at this year's Tim Hortons Brier in Brandon, Manitoba. Team Muyres won 6 and only concded once during the tournament, a 7-4 loss from runners up Team Dunstone during the first page playoff on Saturday. The Brier takes begins March 2nd and runs until the 10th.
