The 2020 school year has been one we will always remember in our lifetimes because of COVID-19, but all is not lost in the 2020 year, as Kindersley Composite School will be having a special presentation for the graduates today.

The students were invited back to the school to pick some special signs on the front lawn of the high school, and see what all their high school teachers have been doing in the meantime.

Heidi Marchant is a teacher at Kindersley Composite School, and said the idea was a combined effort by staff at the high school.

"We put our heads together and one of the things we came up with was we had seen other schools with the signs, we hadn't seen anyone with a banner quite like this, and we thought we would the banner on the side of the school, put the signs out front for the day, so that the community could drive by and take a peek at them," Marchant said.

Marchant went on to explain that they will be getting the grads to come and pickup their signs this afternoon.

Marchant added that the signs will be available to be picked up between 2 and 4:15 pm today, so the public can drive by and take a peek, or get out and take some pictures before then while the pictures are still up.
