The semi driver involved in the Humboldt Broncos bus crash has pleaded guilty to all 29 counts he was facing.
Jaskirat Singh Sidhu was in a Melfort courtroom on the morning on January 8th where he pleaded guilty to all 29 counts, 16 counts of dangerous driving causing death and 13 counts of dangerous driving causing bodily harm.
Due to the guilty plea, there will be no trial, sentencing will take place on January 28th.
"All I can say is that I'm relieved he took the onus on it and we don't have to go through a trial," said Marilyn Hay, the mother of Tyler Bieber who was one of the 16 that passed away on April 6th.
