The latest RCMP reports for the Unity, Wilkie, and Macklin for the week of March 12-18 have been released and shows as followed:

UNITY REPORTS

• RCMP received a report of a vehicle collision with an owl. Reported for insurance purposes.
• VIA Rail reported children playing on the railway platform in Unity. Members located the subjects of complaint and warned the children and the guardian of the children about the dangers of playing near rail tracks.
• CN Police reported a diesel fuel leak from a train. Reported to RCMP as per CN policy.
• CN Police reported a railway crossing malfunction at Unity. Reported for information purposes.
• Police received a complaint of a stolen truck from a residence in Unity. Members attended and recovered a truck that had been stolen out of Edmonton. This matter is still under investigation.
• Members conducted a well-being check at the request of family friend.
• A 23-year-old Kindersley male was charged with three counts of Failure to Comply with Condition of Undertaking after Members located him at a residence he was on conditions not attend.
• CN Police reported a railway crossing malfunction near Senlac. Reported for information purposes.
• RCMP received a report of an abandoned vehicle in Denzil. Members contacted the registered owner who agreed to move the vehicle.
• There were also three false 911 calls, one traffic complaint and one false alarm.

WILKIE REPORTS

• RCMP received a complaint of an individual walking on the highway. Members located the subject of complaint and transported her to North Battleford as she did not have suitable clothing for the cold weather.
• Police received a complaint of a criminal harassment. This matter is still under investigation.
• RCMP received a complaint of a hit and run causing damage to a vehicle. Reported for insurance purposes.
• Members received a complaint of a break and enter into an outbuilding at Wilkie Co-op. This matter is still under investigation.
• Police received a complaint of a break and enter into a residence but it was unfounded.
• CN Police reported a railway crossing malfunction in a rural area near Wilkie. Reported for information purposes.
• A 38-year-old female from Unity was charged with Fail to Comply with Probation Order after Members received a complaint of an unwanted individual at a residence.
• RCMP received a complaint of theft. This matter is still under investigation.
• There was also one traffic complaint.

MACKLIN REPORTS

• A 67-year-old male from Denzil was charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle, Flight from Police Officer, Resist Peace Officer, and Uttering Threats during a traffic stop.
• RCMP received a complaint of uttering threats but there was insufficient evidence to proceed.
