Impaired drivers, mischief and speeding top the list of RCMP calls last week for Kindersley, Kerrobert and Eston.

A list that is usually comprised of multiple break and enters and fraud only had one call of fraud which was to report a letter from the United Kingdom requesting money to be sent, which it wasn’t.

With no break and enters to report, RCMP were busy responding to calls of erratic drivers, 2 drivers in Eston who were issued a 72 hour driving suspension as a result of blowing a warning on the roadside testing device. Another driver was charged with impaired operation and refusal to provide a breath sample after erratic driving was observed by an officer. Another charge for impaired care and control of a motor vehicle was laid after RCMP received a call of a male driver leaving a work site, going across the highway and into the ditch.

Additionally, a total of 23 tickets and 3 warnings were issued for drivers speeding in the region.
