The Rosetown RCMP had a busy week from April 30 to May 6. Members are asking if anyone has information regarding a break and enter at a rural house near Milden to please contact the Rosetown RCMP or Crime Stoppers immediately. The items missing from the break in include dressers, couch, chairs and other household items.

A couple of fires kept the Members busy on April 30, as there was a report of fire on a deck at a Rosetown residence. RCMP attended and the fire was extinguished by the home owner. The fire was not suspicious in nature. There was also a report of a house fire in Wiseton. Members along with the Dinsmore Fire Department and EMS attended. The fire was extinguished by Dinsmore FD and was not suspicious in nature.

Then in the early morning hours of May 1, Members received a request to dispose drug paraphernalia from a Rosetown residence. Members attended and disposed of it. There were also three different erratic driver complaints in the Rosetown area, including one on May 1 where Members had to charge the driver under the Traffic Safety Act.

Then on the afternoon of May 4, Rosetown RCMP received a report of a suspicious person at a rural farmyard. Members attended and upon investigation the 31-year-old male had warrants from other detachments. Members attended to execution of the arrest warrants and released him for court.

Later on, the same evening, Rosetown RCMP also responded to a complaint of another suspicious person. A 33-year-old female was located and upon investigation was on warrant status. Members attended to execution of the arrest warrant and released her for court.

And on the morning of May 6, Rosetown RCMP received a report of a break and enter to a Rosetown business, and the matter remains under investigation.
