Jr. Klippers division rival hosting SJHL Game 7

It is the two most exciting words in sports tonight in Humboldt, as the Broncos will host the Weyburn Red Wings for game seven of their SJHL first round playoff series.

It has been a home series so far, with the host team winning every game up to this point. So is that advantage Humboldt? Only time will tell.

Leading the way for Humboldt, and in the series, is sensation Matthew Van Blaricom, who has an impressive six goals and five assists in the first six games. Ben Motew has also been solid in the pipes, posting a 2.54 GAA and solid .930 save percentage in the series.

Weyburn is led by forward Jerome Maharaj, who has seven points so far. A combined team effort overall has got the red and white into Tuesday night's winner take all game.

Puck drop from the EPA in Humboldt is 7:30 pm.

Meanwhile looking at the rest of the SJHL playoffs, Flin Flon, Melfort and Battlefords have all punched their tickets to round two, and will know who they play after tonight's game in Humboldt.
