The awards for the SWHL were handed out earlier this week and some Sr. Klippers took home some hardware. Shayne Neigum took home the league’s MVP and leading scorer awards, while Preston Kopeck was named to the first all star team along with Neigum.

Neigum had 57 points along with 24 goals in 18 games played, to lead the league in total scoring and was tied with Wilkie's Brock Harrison for top sniper in the league as well. Preston Kopeck played with Neigum all season and was right behind him in point totals with 55 points in 18 games played. 

Macklin goaltender and former Jr. Klipper Nathan Hargrave won the top goalie in the league posting a 11-5-1 mark for the Mohawks with a 2.84 GAA and .904 save percentage. And Kerrobert rookie Dawson Morrell took home rookie of the year with 19 points in 18 games for the Tigers return to the SWHL after a one year absence.

And Sr. Klippers defenseman Brody Ryberg was named to the 2nd all star team for his strong season as well. Ryberg had 28 points and played all 18 games for Kindersley in the regular season.
