The Kindersley Lynco Hot Oiler Atom Kobras finished the 2019 year with two games over the weekend. 

The team travelled to Macklin to take on the Macklin Atom #2 team on Saturday December 21st. The Kobras played hard and managed to score two goals in the final seconds of the game, walking away with a 9-9 tie. 

On Sunday Dec. 22nd the boys played the Kindersley Atom 1 Klippers short handed, as a few boys started Holidays. Sadly the team finished the year with a 18-1 loss.

Next action for the Atom Kobras is on January 11 when the Unity Lazers White team heads to Kindersley for a 5:30 puck drop.


The Full Tilt Atom Klippers won their final game before the Christmas break last Friday against the Unity Lazers Black team by a score of 13-3 in Unity to wrap up the 2019 calendar year.

The Full Tilt Klippers lead the South division in the Hi-way 14 Hockey League with a 9-1-1 record.

Next action for the team is on January 11 at home versus the Elrose Aces Atom team at 3:30 pm.


Pee Wee

The Kindersley Pee Wee 1 team had a pair of games over the weekend in Hi-way 14 hockey league action.

First up was the Kerrobert Pee Wee Tigers and Kindersley came out with a 6-4 victory last Friday.

Next was the Rosetown Redwings Pee Wee team and once again Kindersley won, 8-4 on Saturday to wrap up the 2019 part of their season.

The team has a 7-4-1 record heading into the new year.



As for the Kindersley 2 Pee Wee team they do not play until January 11 at 7 pm versus the Dinsmore Dynamos Pee Wee team at home.

Kindersley 2 has a 6-1-2 record heading into the new year.


Bantam

And the Good to Go Bantam Klippers had one more game before the new year held last Saturday in Dinsmore.

Kindersley could not come away with the win, however, and fell 4-1 to the Ramblers.

The Klippers have a 3-4-1 record heading into play in the new year.
