Yesterday was election day for Rural Municipalities. The votes are in and counted for the Rural Municipality of Mariposa, and Dale MacArthur is the new Reeve.

 

Len Halter was voted in as the new councillor of Division Three.

Jim Rolston was newly elected by acclamation as councillor of Division One.

 

Total Votes for Reeve:

David Volk - 84

Dale MacArthur - 100

 

Total Votes for Councillors:

Brian Kohlman - 16

Len Halter - 35
