The Kindersley Stallions finished off their inaugural NSRBL season by knocking off the Unity Sr. Cardinals for the second time this season, by a score of 12-5 in Unity last night. Kindersley will now wait for the Lloydminster Twins to wrap up their schedule this week. The Twins knocked off the Stallions on Thursday 4-0 and lost in extra innings to Kindersley 4-3, in the first game of the season for the two teams. The Twins hold the tiebreaker because of runs for and against between the two squads, so the Stallions will have to wait and see how the week unfolds.

Kindersley sits at 6-2, with their only defeats coming at the hands of the aforementioned Twins and the Border City Blue Jays. The Standard Hill Lakers remain at 6-0 atop of the East Division with two games left to play. The Twins, meanwhile are 5-1, with their only setback to the Stallions. The Mervin Flyers (0-5) are the only winless team remaining in the NSRBL, and will look to get in the win column tomorrow night, on the road against the 3-2 Battlefords Trappers. The Trappers are heading up to play the Meadow Lake Sox (1-4) tonight in the lone game in NSRBL action.
