To accompany the recently started Friday night show between myself and Desi, a weekend blog to recap our intriguing discussions will now be available. In writing a trilogy of junior hockey blogs with the recent tournament, I had fun doing it!

It is almost officially Wild Card Weekend in the NFL, as 3 games a piece are set for Saturday and Sunday, for a weekend chalked full of football.

During Friday's show that you can catch between 7-9 pm on Country 104, I predicted the winners of each game this weekend. My colleague on Classic Hits Radio Chris Omness did the same.

Saturday Games Sunday Games
Colts/Bills, Rams/Seahawks, Buccaneers/WSH Ravens/Titans, Bears/Saints, Browns/Steelers
CD- Bills, Seahawks, Football Team CD- Ravens, Saints, Steelers
CO- Bills, Rams, Buccaneers CO- Titans, Saints, Steelers

We share identical picks in the Colts/Bills match-up, as well as both of us choosing the Steelers and the Saints on Sunday. The last two games of the weekend both apply to me, as a hardcore Steelers fan, and as a behind the scene Bears fan (Let's Go Mitch!). I sadly don't think Chicago will get the job done after sneaking into the playoffs at 8-8. The Steelers on the other-hand face a very exposed opposition, as the Browns are currently dealing with in-house COVID-19 problems. Trap game, been a few this year.

I was surprised by my colleagues choosing of the Rams to upset the Seahawks, thanks to the Rams uncertainty at QB. My upset of the week has the Washington Football Team over Tampa Bay. Don't ask why, just expect Washington to show-up, and play football, as a team.

Predicting this weekends match-ups were fun, especially because Desi is such a HUGE Rams fan. She unfortunately won't be around next week to give her next round of picks, but that is okay because our resident "field goal poles" expert Brittany Warner will be joining me in studio.
